All new students are expected to attend the orientation ceremony which is usually held on 8th July every year. This is the day when Wilsonia was founded in 1966. The orientation is a special ceremony when the new students are inducted into the Wilsonia family with a word of prayer and are introduced to the college and its faculty and management. Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit. At the time of registration, the candidates will be required to submit all credentials along with the registration form. On basis of these credentials, candidates will be short listed for the interview. The candidates who successfully clear the interview will be offered admission and will be allowed a week to complete all admission formalities. Government of Uttar Pradesh is providing scholarships to the students of all religions and caste, provided the annual parental income (from all sources) of the student is as follows :
- Annual income upto Rs. 1 lakh for General and Other Backward Class.
- Annual income upto Rs. 2 lakh for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe.
- The student has to submit Income Certificate prepared from Tehsil.
